Viajámos para a Torre de Palma Wine Hotel para passar o fim de ano, porque procurámos sossego. E foi exatamente o que encontramos. Tranquilidade para desfrutar do ambiente do quarto e do hotel, com uma assistência sem falhas da equipa sempre pronta para ajudar. Pequeno almoço servido no quarto exatamente como pedido. O restaurante Palma, comandado pelo Chef Miguel Laffan, com comida deliciosa. A tranquilidade só foi quebrada na hora dos fogos de fim de ano, com champanhe e depois DJ com música boa para dançar. Perfeito! Muito obrigado à todos e voltaremos com certeza!!

This was such a lovely stay! The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous but its the people that make this place truly special. Everyone from the front desk helping arrange activities during the stay and local recommendations, to the restaurant employees, to the winemakers. I consider myself lucky to have found this property (through Marriott) to have such a special stay while on vacation in Portugal.

O Torre de Palma Wine Hotel é simplesmente maravilhoso, uma experiência única, os vinhos deliciosos, gastronomia de primeira e o pessoal mais gentil que já me atendeu... Excelente lugar para restaurar energias e experienciar sabores alentejanos. Lugar obrigatório será o restaurante Palma onde a atenção dispensada pelo Gonçalo fez de uma refeição muito boa a excelente com a harmonização sugerida. Recomenda-se a prova de vinhos na companhia de quem os faz, Duarte Deus.

I don't usually leave reviews, but after our 2 day stay at Torre De Palma, I felt compelled to share my experience. We had this hotel booked for 2 days as part of a longer 10 year anniversary trip to Portugal. The night before we checked in, we received an email about a special wine release and dinner they were having the day we were going to arrive and asked if we would like to join. We quickly responded that we would and got a little more excited about our stay. Fast forward to the next day and we arrived at the property. it's hard to put into words just how beautiful it is and the care that everyone puts into keeping it this way. We were warmly greeted at the front desk and given a quick tour of the property. By the time we got back to our room, our bags were waiting for us. I could go on and on about the little touches that make this place a must stay if you're in the area, but I can some it up by saying that the employees here are some of the most genuine people you will ever meet. You can sense that they truly love what they do. I want to give a special mention to Christiana for taken extra special care of us during our stay. We loved her recommendations for food and wine and especially loved the good conversations we had. We are already planning our next stay at the property, which will hopefully be next summer. Thank you so much for making our 2 day stay so memorable. You have the best staff that you could possibly ask for!
